- Redesigned intake flow: eligibility and compliance checks now come first for faster qualification before business information entry
- Wizard step 1 renamed to 'Coverage & Eligibility', step 2 renamed to 'Compliance Check'
- Safety Functions: mandatory/conditional functions now show a REQUIRED badge; optional functions show no badge
- Compliance Check step now marks all required sections with a red asterisk for both OEM and System Integrator types
